A coffee morning & Bring and Buy was held in Tiverton on the 7th June. It was a glorious day and the marvelous sum of £837.00 was raised. Thanks to Betty Kitchen, Anne Thorne and all who attended and helped.
(A small example of where the money goes)
“Staff nurses Amanda Bland & Enfamil Rasco would like to thank ELF for kindly funding our recent attendance at the Royal Marsden School of Cancer Nursing for the Haemato-Oncology Patients Journey course. We both feel this module has contributed greatly to our knowledge of haematology nursing and whilst of benefit to our personal development, also benefits the ward and importantly, the patients themselves”.
